The Etro Summer collection unfolds across a volcanic island landscape of black rock, sea light and dense tropical greenery.

Crochet sits beside silk twill, crêpe de chine and cotton jacquard in layered silhouettes that fall loosely on the body. Painted florals appear against sky-blue backgrounds. Fringes move across kimonos and dresses. Paisley spreads across denim, caftans and swimwear in uneven placements and sharper colour combinations.

The clothes look worn into the landscape rather than styled against it.

Nothing feels too pressed or freshly unpacked. The layers sit slightly uneven on the body. Some fabrics already look faded under the island light.

Coral, ochre, green and ivory run through the collection beside tropical prints and openwork knits.

Work from British artist Tabby Booth appears across pajama sets, caftans, denim and beachwear through stylised animals, folk figures and botanical drawings.

The men’s collection moves through linen tailoring, knit polos, bowling shirts and western denim printed with florals and paisley. Yellow, violet, earth tones and blue appear across lightweight jackets, scarves and suede espadrilles.

Prints, texture and colour stay heavy throughout the collection.

Jet-setters will also love the Globe-Trotter suitcase set in signature Arnica fabric finished with a “Since 1968” patch.
